My daughter is 15 months and loves being in this sled. It glides beautifully and isn't heavy so that if she wants to walk/be carried, I can manage both. My only complaint would be that the packaging it comes in should be reinforced. I wanted this sled because there is a sled cushion (purchased from leaps and bounds) that fits perfectly and can be customized with a child's name. This sled is absolutely adorable and very sturdy and of good quality. I liked this style of sled better than the toboggan type (which is the type of sled available with the cushion I spoke of) because I feel that the straight sled is safer than the toboggan style due to the swooped up circular runners. The sled is a keepsake for sure and very unique and quite useful! My grandson loved it when he opened it for Christmas and his dad pulled him around in it all over our house. Both parents were very impressed with the sled, as much as I am. |
